  -to require private prison companies to disclose the same information to the public as is required of the public sector
  -to prevent the federal government from contracting with the private sector to house federal inmates

•Criminal Aliens: Increase funding for the State Criminal Alien Assistance Program that provides reimbursement to states for the costs of incarcerating criminal aliens.

•Vests: Federal funding for protective vests and safety equipment.

•Benefits: Federal funding for death benefits and expansions to program.

•Protecting Officer's Personal Information: Prevent inmates at federal, state and local level from accessing social security numbers.
